   Top importance

   Forbidden

   1. 1.1Using hacks, cheats, modified clients, macros or autoclickers that grant any advantage.
   2. 1.2Exploiting bugs, duplicating items or abusing economy faults. Found one? Report it — we reward that.
   3. 1.3Evading a sanction with alt accounts, a VPN or someone else's account.
   4. 1.4Posting someone's personal information: real name, address, socials, photos or anything identifying them (doxxing).
   5. 1.5Buying or selling ranks, items, currency or accounts for real money outside the official store.
   6. 1.6Stealing, copying, modifying or redistributing EL HUB SOCIAL's own mods, assets or systems.
   7. 1.7Causing lag on purpose with farms, abusive contraptions or mass entities.
   8. 1.8Threatening anyone, encouraging self-harm or sharing illegal content.

   Here the sanction is applied first and reviewed afterwards through an appeal.

2. 02

   Respect and conduct

   Expected

   • Treat players and staff with respect, even when you disagree with them.
   • Settle conflicts by talking, or by opening a ticket on Discord when you can't.
   • Tell the staff when you see someone breaking the rules instead of taking justice into your own hands.

   Forbidden

   1. 2.1Insults, harassment, discrimination or hate speech over race, gender, orientation, religion or nationality.
   2. 2.2Impersonating another player, a content creator or a staff member.
   3. 2.3Provoking, following or systematically making someone's time miserable.
   4. 2.4Political and religious debates: not what this server is for.
3. 03

   Chat and communication

   Expected

   • Speak Spanish in the general channels; use the dedicated channels or DMs for other languages.
   • Use the right channel for the job: trading, help, looking for group.

   Forbidden

   1. 3.1Spam, flooding, repeating the same message or writing in constant caps.
   2. 3.2Advertising other servers, stores, channels or services without staff permission.
   3. 3.3Sexual content, gore or anything else not safe for a general audience.
   4. 3.4Begging for items, money, ranks or favours.
   5. 3.5Names, nicknames or sign text that break these rules.
4. 04

   Fair play and economy

   Expected

   • Close important deals with witnesses or through the server's own systems.
   • State the terms before trading: what you give, what you get, and when.

   Forbidden

   1. 4.1Scamming in trades, auctions, wagers, loans or player agreements.
   2. 4.2Promising something for a payment and not delivering, even as a joke.
   3. 4.3Trading EL HUB SOCIAL items or currency for things from other servers (cross-trading).
   4. 4.4Coordinating price manipulation to break the market.

   Staff do not restore items lost in deals that bypassed the official systems.

5. 05

   Builds and land

   Expected

   • Protect your builds and your chests with the server's tools.
   • Ask before building right against someone else's base.

   Forbidden

   1. 5.1Destroying, altering or looting other players' builds, protected or not (griefing).
   2. 5.2Surrounding, blocking or cutting off access to another player's land or base.
   3. 5.3Trapping someone with teleports, traps or structures they cannot leave.
   4. 5.4Building offensive, sexual or hateful shapes and symbols.
   5. 5.5Claiming huge areas you do not use, just to reserve them.
6. 06

   Your account, your responsibility

   Expected

   • Protect your account and never share your credentials.
   • Think about who you give access to your plot, your chests or your guild.

   Forbidden

   1. 6.1Sharing, selling, gifting or trading accounts.
   2. 6.2Logging into someone else's account, even with their password.
   3. 6.3Claiming someone else used your account in order to dodge a sanction.
7. 07

   Staff, sanctions and appeals

   Expected

   • If you think a sanction is unfair, appeal on Discord — every case is reviewed on its own.
   • Bring evidence — screenshots, clips, date and time — so it can be checked.

   Forbidden

   1. 7.1Arguing about a sanction in the server's public chat.
   2. 7.2Posing as staff or implying you hold permissions you do not have.
   3. 7.3Pestering staff in DMs about the same thing over and over.
   4. 7.4Filing false reports or reporting someone out of revenge.

   Staff may act on anything that harms the server, even when it is not written here.
